Certainty at the moment it matters

Your project does not fail in the design phase. It fails at the moment everything has to work.

When your high-voltage system is energised, there is no margin for error. Every connection has to be right.

Built at the point where it cannot go wrong.

Since 2011, Reynard has operated at the critical connection point of offshore wind.

Our roots go back to Visser and Smit Marine Contracting, where we were trusted to deliver HV connections in the first North Sea wind farms.

That experience shaped how we work today.

Precision in execution. Discipline in preparation. Specialists who know exactly what they are doing.

We bring a standard proven where failure was not an option. Where possible, we reduce risk even before mobilisation through pre-assembled, pre-tested cables.

From 33kV array cables to 525kV export systems, Reynard operates across the full HV scope. Onshore, that same offshore discipline is applied to BESS and substation projects where predictability is just as critical.

5 years of staying sharp

In 2021, Jonne Schortinghuis led the management buyout of the offshore HV activities that had pioneered testing and termination in the North Sea since the industry began. The work was world-class. The team was exceptional. The name belonged to someone else.

Two years later, the company became Reynard. A name chosen because it finally said what the standard had always been.

Five years on, that standard has not changed. It has only grown.

What happens if you get this wrong?

Delays in energisation. Unplanned rework. Loss of trust with stakeholders. Or worse, a system that never performs as designed. High-voltage leaves no room for almost right.

What happens when it is done right?

Your system energises as planned. Your project stays on schedule. Your asset performs for decades. And your clients do not have to think about it again. That is what certainty looks like in high-voltage.

Safety and standards are built into every step.

Your project operates under strict safety and quality requirements. So does Reynard.

DNV certified HV Jointer training through our Academy. Compliance with NEN 3840 and project-specific standards. Proven performance within leading offshore wind programmes.

Safety is embedded in how we prepare and execute.

The people behind your project

Reynard is led by a team with deep experience in high-voltage execution and offshore wind. Behind them stands a team of specialists trained to perform when it matters most.
