Before specialists mobilise, Reynard verifies that the people, products, tooling and project requirements are properly aligned.
Trade Tests
Skills Assessments give Reynard a clear view of an experienced specialist’s current capability. Trade Tests then prepare a project team for the actual cable systems, accessories, procedures and quality expectations they will face on site. Together, they protect the standard of delivery from the first day of work.

How it works
Project-led preparation
Every assessment and Trade Test is tailored to the person, the project scope and the equipment involved. Sessions are planned before mobilisation so that preparation can be completed before work starts on site.
Who it’s for
Skills Assessments are for experienced specialists whose practical capability needs to be independently understood. Trade Tests are for teams preparing for a specific project, cable system or termination scope.
Readiness you can rely on
The outcome provides a clear basis for deployment decisions. Where a project requires it, successful participants can receive project-specific confirmation of the relevant termination or scope.
