New to high voltage? You start with the technical foundation, safety awareness and practical discipline the craft demands. The Academy gives you a clear route into the work and prepares you for real project conditions.
Build your skills
You learn by doing. Cable preparation, assembly, connection and inspection are trained step by step in a controlled environment, with experienced people beside you and a clear standard to work towards.
Work on projects
Once you are ready, the work takes you to substations, offshore wind turbines and other demanding high-voltage environments. The locations change. The preparation, teamwork and safety standard do not.
