Letter from Jonne

Five years ago, we changed our name.

Not because the work changed. Not because our people changed. Because we had earned the right to a name that said exactly what we are.

We had spent a decade as V&SH Offshore Solutions, operating at the critical connection point of European offshore wind. We were trusted by the biggest names in the industry. We had delivered across more than thirty wind farms. We had built a standard that others measured themselves against.

But the name belonged to another era. It did not say what made us different.

So we chose Reynard.

In nature, a fox does not move until the decision is right. It reads the environment. It commits fully when the moment comes. It stays sharp.

That instinct sits at the heart of how we work. In high-voltage execution, the margin for error is zero. The moment before energisation is not the moment to improvise. It is the moment when preparation, precision and professional discipline determine everything.

Staying sharp is not a slogan. It is the standard we hold ourselves to before every project, in every training session, and at every connection point where your project depends on us getting it right.

In five years as Reynard, we have grown from a focused offshore specialist into a full high-voltage partner operating across Europe, Asia and the United States. We have built our own Academy, developed our own systems, trained a new generation of HV professionals, and expanded our offshore discipline into BESS and on-land substation work.

The name has held.

What comes next is bigger. The energy transition is accelerating. The demand for high-voltage expertise is outpacing the industry's ability to supply it. Reynard is positioned at the centre of that growth, with the track record, people, and systems to meet it at the highest level.

We stay sharp because of the people who uphold this standard in the field and the clients who trust us when it cannot go wrong. To both, we owe our best work. Always.
